Andy J. begins by listening to your preferences and asking questions to discover matches to culinary items that will delight you. Each charcuterie display is unique and thoughtfully inspired by Andy. After speaking with you, he sources the charcuterie ingredients from fresh, local goods to hard-to-find specialty items to elevate his creations for you. Your guests will appreciate the fine detail in Andy’s work.

Andy is fully certified in catering food safety and preparation. His food design experience will reflect in the over-the-top pictures of your grazing table events and grazing board gifts throughout the year.
